Warranty Conditions
In order to enjoy warranty services, it is necessary to provide a warranty card along with the product.
Be careful in keeping the warranty card, because a duplicate will not be issued.
Receipt of delivery of the goods means acceptance of the terms of the warranty by the buyer.
If the failure of the Library Tape series devices is caused by external factors such as power fluctuations, liquid penetration, fire, falling and hitting, improper use of the device, intentional destruction, proximity to high voltage cable and UPS, dust, service and repairs. by unauthorized persons and the use of substandard and non-standard consumables or any physical damage, the warranty will be invalidated.
Using cartridges that have been loaded more than 50 times will damage the system and void the warranty. It is necessary to explain that this device is designed to keep backup files for 30 years and temporary backup increases the loading of the cartridge, which is specified in the TTL algorithm.
The cartridge is a consumable item and does not include a warranty.
The warranty is valid for 12 months or 3000 km of engine operation from the date of delivery of the goods, which is indicated on the card.
The sold device cannot be returned under any circumstances and in order to receive a warranty, the diagnostic test of the device must be below 8640 operating hours.
To receive the warranty, the diagnostic test regarding the life of the head must not be completed.
Damage caused by the rupture of the cartridge inside the drive is not included in the warranty (Tape broken error & out logged drive error).
The warranty has legal value only with the company’s seal. If the company stamp is damaged or missing, this card is invalid.
The warranty is valid only in the country of Iran and its presentation is only to identify the device covered by the company’s warranty and has no other value.
If the hologram of the device is distorted and the hologram does not match the items included in the warranty card, the device will be removed from the warranty.
Any changes in the hardware configuration and unlocking the device must be done with the coordination and presence of the technical representatives of Kosha Fanavaran Motbaker.
